‘Didn’t you date a kettle?’ – Sizwe Dhlomo asks Mr Smeg

by Staff Bona

Radio host Sizwe Dhlomo and social media personality Michael ‘Mr Smeg’ Bucwa recently got into some online beef. This after Mr Smeg commented on a video trending online where a woman shared that she believes in “multi-dating” until a man fully expresses his interest in her.

According to Briefly, Mr Smeg was referring to a video posted on Tikok by @zizi_moloko who shared how she met her husband.

Mr Smeg took to X (formerly Twitter) to share his two cents on the trending video. He wrote, “Imagine waiting in line for 5 years for a girl who is multi-dating other guys. Booking flights and buying expensive gifts and still get friend-zoned. It can never be me, NOSKE NDIFE (I’d rather die)! That guy deserves an award for best Simp of the Decade.”

Seeing Mr Smeg’s comment, Sizwe responded, asking, “Didn’t you date a kettle? Lol!”

Sizwe’s question appeared to ruffle the businessman’s feathers, as Mr Smeg then commented, “I heard that you are allegedly infertile.”

Giving his final direct response to Mr Smeg on the matter, Sizwe posed another question in response to the infertility claims:

“Lol! Even if I was, it wouldn’t stop me from sonning you though. Aren’t you the guy that used to eat is’bindi esiluhlaza (uncooked liver) for attention?”
