Denise Zimba expresses gratitude for new partnership

by Samantha Mochele

A celebrated figure in South Africa’s entertainment industry, Denise Zimba is finding solace and strength through a new partnership following a period of personal challenges. Known for her vibrant presence and impressive career in Generation: The Legacy.

The actress’s life took a dramatic turn with a messy divorce from her estranged husband, Jakob Schlichtig. Court documents filed at the Johannesburg High Court reveal that Denise accused her husband of infidelity and neglect.

According to Sunday World, She alleged that his cheating was a major factor in their separation and highlighted the prioritisation of his pet over her family’s needs, particularly regarding the refusal to cover the cost of her mother’s flights from South Africa to Germany.

Amid these trials, Denise has turned to a new partnership with Catrice South Africa a cosmetic company, marking a significant step in her journey towards self-recovery and empowerment.

In a recent post on X (formerly Twitter), Denise expressed her gratitude for the support she has received from Catrice South Africa. She wrote, “Thanx

@CatriceSA for reminding me of my worth! Been a challenging period in my life, still going through the pains. Made the choice to give up my career, become a faithful wife and mother of 2 beautiful girls, and build a home. Sometimes that doesn’t always go as one hopes .”
