South African actress, film producer, and businesswoman Connie Ferguson recently shared a heartfelt message remembering her late husband, Shona Ferguson, also known as Uncle Sho, on what would have been their 24th wedding anniversary.
Connie and Shona earned the title of power couple when they started Ferguson Films together in 2010. The company produced award-winning shows such as Rockville, The Queen, Igazi and Kings of Jo’Burg, among others.
Taking to her Instagram page to share a tribute to her late husband, Connie shared memories, accompanied by their wedding picture: “Remembering my angels on what would have been our 24th Wedding Anniversary. I will never stop paying tribute to our love SHO, because it was one for the books! A gift worth remembering and celebrating.! Thank you for everything. I love you for eternity my skat. Continue resting King and my Queen. You live on because we remember you,” she penned.

Connie and Shona Ferguson met on July 31, 2001 and were married by the end of the year. Uncle Sho passed away on July 30, 2021 due to Covid-19 complications at the age of 47.
