
The entertainment industry has kept us entertained in all spectrums, such as in music, acting and in other forms.
Very often, a new talent is introduced in the industry; and others phase out due to retirement or death. However, some just disappear after keeping us glued to our screens with their talents, leaving us with the question, “Where are they now?”
Here are some of the celebrities who have disappeared on our screens.
Siyabonga Brian Radebe
Actor, singer and comedian, popularly known as SiyaB is best known for the roles he played on Home Affairs, Saints and Sinners, Uzalo, Ring of Lies and many others.
His last acting appearance was on Uzalo. The Ntuzuma-born artist is reportedly bouncing back into the industry.
“I’m slowly bouncing back to who I was before. In the near future my fans can expect more shows, more content and maybe even a YouTube series. I’ve been working on a one-man special — and I’m planning to take over comedy clubs, taxis and possibly your aunt’s birthday party. Siya B is only getting started,” reported TshisaLIVE.

Pam Andrews
Pam is popularly known for playing Gail October on Rhythm City. Pam’s industry breakthrough came back in 2001 on the reality TV singing competition, Coca-Cola Popstars. She has also starred on Backstage, as well as on Tshisa and Triomf. According to her post on Instagram, she stopped being an actress and has moved to the United Kingdom (UK) with her son.

Vatiswa Ndara
Award-winning actress, broadcaster and author Vatiswa cemented herself in the industry with roles she played on Home Affairs, Generations and Salvation.
The 53-year-old actress was blacklisted in 2019 by Ferguson Films after speaking about allegedly being underpaid, poor working conditions as well as demanding a pay increase. Recently, she shared on her Instagram page that she will release a book, titled Unfiltered, where she will share the nitty-gritty details of the industry.

Given Stuurman
Given, who is popular for a role he played on Scandal! has recently been rumoured to be down and out. The child star recently responded to the rumours in a TikTok video, with a background that seemed to be on set. He said to someone who films him: “Don’t take a video of me. They said I am unemployed. You will blow my cover.”
