Cassper offers Nasty C valuable advice on getting into shape

Durban-born rapper Nasty C has made it clear that he is committed to getting his physique in top shape.

In recent months it has become evident that the rapper has added a couple of kilos following the birth of his son Oliver, who he welcomed with his wife Sammie earlier this year.

With crewnecks and hoodies providing a decent shield from showing how much weight he has been gaining, the 27-year-old highlighted that those days are now over and has committed himself to getting in shape ahead of the warm summer season.

Taking to Instagram Nasty whose real name is David Junior Ngcobo shared a picture of his healthy breakfast, captioning: “Whenever people post their ‘getting in shape’ journey, it seems to help them follow through…”

“So… fingers crossed it works for me too.”

The image attached showed the rapper about to enjoy a healthy fruit salad along with some nuts, honey, yoghurt and muesli.

Taking to the comment section was Cassper Nyovest, who is well aware of the amount of sacrifice it takes to get the desired body you want.

The Doc Shebeleza rapper has been quite active in recent years by hitting hard sessions in the gym, getting involved in celebrity soccer matches and occasionally being active in the boxing ring.

In response to Nasty C’s post, Cassper offered some valuable advice regarding his diet.

“Haha let’s go champ! Just a tip, either shaya(eat) the fruit or the muesli.”

“Both are high in carbs and sugar. If you have the muesli shaya half the bowl. Healthy is not always weight control. Mara (but) we are inside! I’m also on my journey to get in shape. I need to be on fire this summer. I want all the cake,” Cassper commented.

Earlier this year Nasty C spoke to TshisaLive adding that he was focused on giving his son the best possible version of himself.

“I’ve been taking far better care of myself. Mentally, emotionally, physically. There’s a lot of undoing just from the way I was raised so that when he looks at me and absorbs the things I say and do, he takes all the right stuff.”
