Cassper Nyovest mourns the death of his grandmother

Rapper and businessman Cassper Nyovest mourns the passing of his paternal grandmother. 

This is a difficult time for Cassper as he also lost his aunt late last year just days before his famous #FILLUP concert held in his hometown Mahikeng. 

The Mama I Made It hitmaker took to Twitter to reveal the death of his grandmother, he said that he has gained an angel and further appreciated his late granny for all that she has done for him. 

“Gained another Guardian Angel last night. My Grandmother from my dad’s side Naledi “Star” Phoolo crossed over. Thank you for everything nkgono. May your lessons stay with us so we can live a long beautiful life like you did. May your soul rest in peace,” he tweeted.

Condolences from friends and supporters have been pouring in for Cassper and his family.

One tweep said: “Condolences Nyovi. Her journey is done. She lived, loved and laughed. May she rest in forever peace.”

Another tweep added: Sorry for your loss Refiloe God strengthen you and your family”
