Cardi B’s clap back at Mzansi X users stings

International rapper Cardi B and a SA netizen got into a tit-for-tat. Get your popcorn ready.

Cardi B of WAP fame is known for her fire and quirky slapbacks, always quick on the draw. And this was evident in a recent interaction on X, formerly known as Twitter, with @Sicelo_911 from Mzansi.

Cardi B posted four pics with the caption: “Hello.”

To which @sicelo_11 replied: “I’m sure Offset cheated again ..”

South Africans weighed in and were left divided.

@Evanzonn said: “Uber drivers were just chilling then Cardi B happened, hahaha. Bolt drivers, you’re next.”

@dtr2911 said: “Mmm Uber driver a much better role model than Cardi B.”

“Do not fold King, we are solidly behind you,” @Dr_Sheiyaklenga added.

While others jumped on Cardi B’s bandwagon.

@cboatss warned: “sit this one out mate.”

@BardiGanggBitch agreed with Cardi: “you do look like you drive either uber or a damn taxi, all shade.”

Cardi B and Offset were married in 2017, and their union has been a rollercoaster. Claims of infidelity have been rife and they have separated, reunited and since December 2023 are on the outs again.

Cardi B, real name Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, shares two children with rapper Offset.

Cardi B’s career started with her sharing music on Vine and Instagram.

This led to her becoming a regular cast member on the VH1 reality television series Love & Hip Hop: New York.

This move catapulted her into the music industry and saw her win awards, and become commercially (uber) successful.

Offset is the father of five children and found fame with his former band Migos.
