Buntu Petse welcomes bundle of joy

Actress and TV presenter, Buntu Petse and her husband Londa Mavundla have candidly announced the arrival of their newborn baby with beautiful snaps.

The newly wedded couple recently took to their social media platforms to share the good news and accompanied them with cute family photos.

Buntu who is renowned for her portrayal of Nontle Mogale on Generations: The Legacy and as Mbali Hadebe on Miseducation recently took to her Instagram page to share stunning black and white images of her, her husband and their baby; and expressed gratitude: “Then there were three.  Thank you sthandwa sam (my love) for our little family.”

The couple first announced their pregnancy when they shared the pictures captured on the red carpet of the National Film and TV Awards (NFTA) and shared them on Instagram.

Londa also took to his Instagram page to share snaps of their newborn baby. “Superpower unlocked. Thank you, my love, for blessing me with the best gift life has to offer—life itself. I can’t wait for it all,” he penned.

Instagram users took turns to congratulate them on the comment section.

“Blessings brother,” said one user.

Another user said: “The last frame is so cute bandla. Congratulations.”

Actress, Gail Mabalane said: “Congratulations mom and dad.”

Buntu and Londa officially married in 2024 in a beautiful traditional ceremony. Their journey to marriage began when Londa proposed to Buntu in October 2023, marking the start of their life together.
