British musician, Seal recently celebrated the Chancellor of the University of Cape Town, Dr Precious Moloi-Motsepe’s birthday with a not-at-all-surprising grand performance in Sun City.

The founder of the African Fashion International celebrated her birthday on Friday, the 2nd of August 2024. The songwriter and producer’s performance was amazing as he interacted with the guests and performed songs like “Kiss Me from a Rose.”

As reported previously on the news publication IOL, the Confederation of African Football President, Patrice Motsepe, gave his leading woman the ultimate surprise when he invited the multi-award-winning singer to perform. The news publication stated that media personalities Lerato Kganyago and Andile Ncube hosted this special event with Kabza De Small, DJ Maphorisa, and Young Stunna graced the stage with their art.

Distinguished guests like, Basetsana Khumalo and her partner, were also present at the celebration, taking to her Instagram accounts with the caption: “What a magnificent evening in celebration of a remarkable woman! Thank you for years of mentorship and sisterhood, from being our medical doctor and looking after my parents when they were still alive to inspiring me to dream bigger dreams for myself. Your surprise birthday was one for the books, and your husband bringing one of your favourite artists @seal to come to celebrate your beautiful self was just fantastic. A night to remember indeed!!!”
