Bonang Matheba finds love again after 6 year hiatus

Entrepreneur and media darling Bonang Matheba is one of the celebrities notorious for keeping her business out of the public’s nose, particularly where her love life is involved. Recently, however, the TV presenter shared on her reality TV show B’Dazzled that she is currently in a relationship.

Although she did not reveal her mystery man, some internet users are speculating that it is popular entrepreneur David Phume, as rumours recently surfaced of the two being a couple after they were spotted loved up at Queen B’s exclusive birthday dinner in June.

Bonang has few relationships with public figures under her belt, the most recent being about six years ago with the late hip-hop sensation Kiernan Forbes, more popularly known as AKA.

In a recent episode of B’Dazzled, her reality show, she enthusiastically shared that she has found love after being single for a while and she is happy with where things are at the moment. “I was single for six years before. Now you can’t get me any more. It’s going well. I’m very happy. We found our rhythm,” she said.

Continuing, she said “I was adamant in knowing what I wanted, the guy I wanted. I was also so busy with my career, that I was busy with BNG litigation, and I moved to New York City. So even as a human being, I think I wasn’t in a place that could accept … I wasn’t happy so there was no way I was going to be happy in a relationship.
