Award-winning television presenter Bonang Matheba has revealed that she is still collecting her monthly instalment from YouTuber Rea Gopane after he made a defamatory statement regarding the media personality.

According to Zalebs the media personality sued the YouTuber after he made claims to have received inside information from Scoop Makhathini regarding AKA’s alleged drug usage and claimed that Scoop told him Bonang introduced him to drugs, who then later allegedly introduced those drugs to the late Anele Tembe.

The news resurfaced after conversational YouTuber Musa Khawula was allegedly sued for a half-a-million rand. Musa is sued for slandering tweets about celebrity photographer, Dumani Khuzwayo’s health status. However Musa has repeatedly  mentioned that he has no money hence why he tells people to not sue him.

One Twitter user asked what happens when a person gets sued but they have no means to pay the money.

Bonang responded by saying:

“He’s paying in monthly instalments. One day he’ll need a car or house. I’ll attach that too,” she responded.”

Rea has previously mentioned that he would rather burn his mother than pay Bonang anything.

“I would much rather burn every single Rand that I will ever make in my entire life than give it to that other queen of yours, literally set it on fire.”

Many people jumped into the comment section as they expressed themselves around the matter.

Here is what tweeps had to say:

Can I ask ? Is there a way to reverse this by saying sorry ? ?

I hope one day you decide he’s learnt his lesson and just forgive him. Even God himself shows mercy ?
