South African media personality Boity Thulo opened up about the challenges with maintaining a spiritual life in the entertainment industry. Boity spoke candidly and openly about the complex battle of keeping a spiritual connection while navigating the frequently flashy and demanding entertainment industry life on Metro FM.

In a recent interview with T’Bo Touch on Metro FM, the rapper said she is now more committed to following her spiritual path as a result of those challenges that come with the world of showbiz.

“Having gone through various types of spiritual journeys, I think definitely being in this industry pushed me to kinda hardest and even make my spiritual foundation stronger because we both know how ruthless our industry can be,” Boity said.

“Our industry is a soul snatcher so you kinda have to do extra work when you are moving in this space because you don’t know what people are doing or how they are feeling. There’s so much competition and jealousy,” she added.
