Popular digital content creator and actress Lerato Nxumalo’s decision to wear her natural hair to her white wedding appears to have been the correct one, as the court of public opinion has given her 10s across the board.

Wedding season is well underway in South Africa. Among the stunning celebrations that have taken place was Lerato Nxumalo’s highly exclusive and elegant mini matrimonial ceremony, which stamped her transition to officially and legally being Mrs P.

Her fans, as well as those who have followed her love story via her digital diary, aka her social media pages, sent their congratulatory messages, as they shared immense joy for her. For various reasons, including the intimate set-up, as well as the lack of publicity, the wedding has had social media users talking since Lerato shared the news on Instagram.

Although users have highlighted plenty of details as some of their favourite moments from the ceremony, Lerato’s unique and natural hairstyle seems to be making a pleasant impression on the public. Although it came as quite a surprise, as Lerato has garnered a reputation for her love for wigs, her decision to go for a natural updo was an instant hit and has had users gagging and giving her props for pulling it off so effortlessly.

I love when black brides wear their natural hair or do natural hair styles. What a stunning bride 😍
