Grammy Award winning DJ Black Coffee is set to perform at Soweto club on December 11 and 18 2022.

The news came after Konka Soweto, which is in association with Mzansi Magic, announced that Black Coffee will be at the Soweto club.

2022 has by far been the DJ and producer’s best year as he won a Grammy for Best Dance/Electronic Album Grammy Award in April for his seventh studio album, Subconsciously.

He was also number 39 on DJ Mag’s list of the world’s top disc spinners, has been selling out shows in the US.

“We also want to compete with the best because that’s how we can be better. I was intentional about doing this album, fighting for that spot, so anything negative that was coming that “Black Coffee has changed, we are not the target market and he’s making music for white people because the song with David Guetta was playing in certain radio stations, I didn’t care because I don’t make music for one person.

I make music for all kinds of people and getting the nomination was the first tick. Even better than that, it was in global recognition, with people doing what I’m doing globally,” he said after his Grammy win.

Fans were over the moon after the announcement was released as they retweeted in excitement of the upcoming event.

Here is what tweeps had to say:
