The wife and mother of the late Riky Rick’s kids has reportedly filed documents to the Masters of the High Court to be recognised as the wife of the late rapper. The late rapper who took his own life on February 23, reportedly, did not have a will.

As reported by Sunday World, Bianca reportedly filed paperwork which stated that the deceased and her were life partners in a ‘permanent opposite-sex life partnership’, with the the same or similar characteristics as a marriage, after hitting it off on 26 May 2013.

‘At the time of my acceptance of a relationship with the deceased I lived with my first daughter, who was born out of a previous failed marriage. I expressed to the deceased that unless he was committed to him and myself having a stable relationship with a future. I would not permit him to meet my daughter.

The deceased expressed that he wanted a long-lasting future with me, and we began living together with my daughter as a family during the same year of 2013 at my residential property bought for me by my parents in Bryanston, Gauteng,’ she continued to say in the papers.

Bianca further mentioned, that when she met Riky, he was unemployed and she was the sole breadwinner – tasks she undertook until the rappers career kicked off. Later, she then quit her job and further helped him grow his music career and other business ventures.

The rapper died after securing endorsements with big brands such as Kiwi, Vaseline, Russian Bank and African Bank. He also reportedly owned acFerrari, a Mercedes-Benz AMG GTS coupé, and a fleet of vehicles.

Social media also expressed shock following the news:

Riky Rick and Bianca Naidoo were reportedly never legally married.

Riky Rick estate is now being contested.
