Big Brother Mzansi Sya’Mosha winner McJunior trends for owing his social media manager Xolly Mamnyandu R15k for her services whilst he was in the house.

After walking away with the R2 million grand prize McJunior, whose real name is Siphelele Zondi kept away from the limelight as he stated that he was not interested in becoming famous, and although he was not activated on his social media platforms before entering the Big Brother house, his following grew rapidly as viewers fell in love with his American accent and funny persona.

Despite his instant success, it seems that the person behind promoting his social media accounts has not been paid for her services.

Xolly released a statement on her socials explaining the type of agreement her team had with McJunior’s sister and girlfriend, adding that, she decided to help the family them not being able to afford the expensive fees of hiring social media managers.

She stated that according to her understanding, they would have been compensated after McJunior won but was surprised that when he did the family distanced themselves from her.

She further explained that the login details were changed without her knowing and that there had been no communication from his sister regarding the agreement they had.
“Despite our efforts and dedication, McJunior has shown no interest in resolving this matter. His responses have been rude, and he has shown no concern for the promises made to us. I release this statement with a heavy heart, not to cause drama, but to shed light on a situation that has left me feeling betrayed and disrespected. I would have appreciated a simple conversation or at least a timeline for payment,” says Xolly.

Many X (previously known as Twitter) took to the comment section to share what they thought of this situation.

One user said:

? We all saw him in the house, Mc juju doesn’t play when it comes to money. He’s probably like “I didn’t ask nobody to handle no social media accounts, wtf”

Another user said that this was a personal matter between two parties.

It is a matter between them really. They have each other’s email addresses, phone numbers and physical addresses.

One user commented:

I Personally Voted Without The Influence Of Social Media, Maybe She’s Giving Herself Too Much Credit For McJ’s Victory & Expects More Than She Should.. Honestly McJ Built His Own Brand Singlehanded Prolly Why He Doesn’t Want To Acknowledge Xolly..
