It is alleged that former Real Housewives of Durban cast member and businesswoman, Annie Mthembu’s estranged husband Kgolo ‘Da Guru’ Mthembu is selling second-hand furniture items on Facebook market place to make ends meet.

This is after he lost everything he has worked hard for, including his businesses, cars, house and his wife, Annie. The news first surfaced on the social media platforms through a blogger who shared this on his X (formerly Twitter).

X users weighed in on this revelation:

May he get the strength to bounce back and maintain what he has. We all go through hard times, some harder than others but God is there and Kgolo will pull through.

A while ago, while speaking to Sunday World about his financial woes after he lost his club he said: “I did what most club owners won’t do. When my manager died, I took care of his children, but today, when I turn my back, people are busy tarnishing my name left and right. I normally won’t talk to the media, but now I feel I need to say my piece because people want to see me out in the cold, and I can see they don’t respect my family.”
