Akani Simbine ties the knot

South African sprinter and Olympic medallist, Akani Simbine has recently exchanged vows  in a stunning affair held in Cape Town with his long-time lover and mother of his kid, Terisa Webb.

The white-themed wedding was attended by his industry friends, including Caster Semenya and wife, Violet Raseboya.

The Simbine’s wedding planner, Precious The Planner proudly took to her Instagram page, to share a brief extract of the wedding.

Captioning her post: “The dreamiest wedding for my stunning newlyweds, ladies and gentlemen Mr and Mrs Simbine. A Precious The Planner wedding Design& Production! Oh what a wedding, truly unforgettable,” she said.

Furthermore, Precious also expressed her gratitude for being afforded a chance to plan the wedding.

“Thank you Akani and Terisa for your complete trust and faith in Precious Celebrations and all the creative partners, may God richly bless your union and family,” she noted.

Terisa also took to her Instagram page to share the beautiful snaps of their union. The newly weds can be seen donned in white and admiring each other.

She said in her caption: “Can’t believe I get to call you mine. Forever.”

The couple wedded in a traditional wedding before, With Akani sharing the pictures of them donned in their traditional attires. In the pictures shared on Instagram, Terisa was dressed in a white Xhosa traditional dress with a touch of black, later they were both donned in purple traditional wear.
