South African actress Nothando Ngcobo who is known as Hlelo on Uzalo is making a victorious return to the entertainment industry following a break to focus on her mental health.

Known for her strong screen presence, Nothando took time off to address personal challenges and recharge her well-being.

In a recent Instagram post, Nonthando shared her excitement about returning: “And we are back! Did you miss me?
This season of my life required new and elevated conversations with Jesus. What an enjoyable break. A break on screen also led to a break on all social media platforms as well, but I promise you’ll be seeing more of me here.

“In this season of my life, I realised how important it is to spend time alone in solitude rethinking, reconnecting and refocusing on important things like family, friends and my physical, spiritual and mental well-being. Kunzima ukuba ipublic figure  (It is difficult to be a public figure) guys and sometimes I just can’t keep up with you but ngizozama (I will try). Anywho, the drama continues, your girl Hlelo is always up to no good!”

According to Daily Sun, Nothando emphasises the importance of not overdoing things, avoiding the need to please everyone, and knowing when to rest.

“Sometimes we should stop overdoing things. We must avoid trying to please everyone. We must also know when it’s time to rest. That way, we are taking care of our mental health. And this is very important,” she shared with the publication.
