It was singer and humanitarian Big Zulu’s 38th birthday recently, and the second half of the Inkabi Zezwe duo celebrated his birthday in a big way.

The father of two, who many were shocked to hear was turning 38, posted a picture of himself on his birthday, wishing himself a good one. Declaring his birthday to his fans, termed Nkabi Nation, he captioned his post:

“Nkabi Nation Ngizizwa ngine njabulo nentokozo ngizizwa ngibusisekile ngijabule inhliziyo ikhululekile (I am excited and happy, I feel blessed and overjoyed, my heart is at ease), happy birthday to me.”

A day later, after receiving many birthday messages from industry friends and social media followers, the Ivolovolo hitmaker returned to his social media platform to showcase his big boss move in the form of two trucks and a BMW X3.

He captioned his post:

“My birthday present. Ngiyabonga kakhulu” (I am very thankful).

“Hope other artists are taking notes. Congrats bhuda (brother),” said one user.

“Congratulations Bhuti. You are blessed indeed,” commented one user.

On X (formerly known as Twitter), users also shared their congratulatory messages, commenting:

From being a taxi driver to Rap to modern age madkandi to his studio and recording company to the truck owner.

May God never stop filing Big Zulu’s cup in return may he fill up of those working for him and working with him!
