It seems more and more South Africans are getting hooked on eTV’s soapy Scandal! Well, an entire million more South Africans, as the show’s numbers increased steadily from 5 million on 23 November 2017 and a cheers to 6 million this week.

The soapy boasts an impressive number of much loved actors including Hlomla Dandala, Kgomotos Christopher, Jerry Mofokeng and Brighton Ngoma.

Clearly these actors are pros and are not intimidated by the large audience with some of them taking to social media to announce the good news.

6 million viewers are glued to their screens every night to see the cat-and-mouse relationship between Kgomotso’s charachter ‘Yvonne Thebe’ and Jerry’s ‘Neo Mokheti’ evolve in circles.

We all want to know who will take over Kingsley Siseko’s business played by the Hlomla.

Brighton’s character Quinton Nyathi is always in the cross fire of gossip, while heading up his own gossip newspaper.
