The ANN7 South African of the Year awards took place at the Ticketpro Dome in Joburg this past weekend. We’ve already had a look at all the red carpet fashion, now here’s a run down of some of the winners and the performances of the night…

Entrepreneur Of The Year – Thabo Molefe (DJ Tbo Touch)
Sportsperson Of The Year – AB de Villiers
1.President Jacob Zuma was in attendance and had a lot of fun taking selfies with host, Maps Maponyane.
2. He even had fun dancing with Mafikizolo, who had the best performance of the night!
3. Minister of Sport and Recreation, Fikile Mbalula and Minister in the Presidency, Jeff Radebe were also in attendance.
4. AKA also had a pretty dope performance with some great dancers.
5. Comedians, Trevor Gumbi and Nina Hastie had us in stitches.
6. Jason Derulo made his grand entrance in a yellow Lamborghini before those unfortunate comments (#sideeye)
