Babes Wodumo finally unlocks late Mampintsha’s phone

South African gqom artist and choreographer Bongekile Mildred Simelane, better known as Babes Wodumo has finally been able to gain access to her late husband Mandla “Mampintsha” Maphumulo’s cell phone. 

Babes Wodumo took a video that has been trending on the social media streets where she reveals that she has been able to unlock the phone. In the short video clip, the mother of one says that her man loved her to the very end. She jokingly said that she was taking the time to go through everyone’s business that is on Mampintsha’s phone. At the end of the video, she reveals that there were a lot of girls on the phone. 

It seems that the Wololo hitmaker was committed and got exactly what she was looking for. During her speech at his funeral, she joked and said she could not believe Mampintsha passed on without giving her the pin to his phone. “There isn’t any man that does not cheat, there isn’t,” the 28-year-old insisted.

The 40-year-old music producer and Big Nuz group member, Mampintsha who died on 24 December 2022, after suffering a minor stroke. Mampintsha was taken to King Edward Hospital for treatment. The hospital transferred him to Durdoc Hospital where he succumbed to a second and final stroke.

The couple has one child together popularly known as Sponge Wodumo.
