Chilly Chicken Bites

  • 1kg chicken, minced
  • 1 green chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
  • Handful fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 bunch spring onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Tortillas to serve
  • Cabbage salad to serve
  • Sweet chilli sauce to serve
  1. Preheat oven to 200ºC.
  2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients and season well.
  3. Make small balls and place onto oven tray. Grill for 12–15minutes.
  4. Serve warm with tortillas, salad and sauce.
