Fillet Steak & Red Wine Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 fillet steaks
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 1 cup (250ml) red wine
 - 2 cups (500ml) beef stock
 - ½ cup strawberry jam
 - Handful fresh thyme
 - Potatoes to serve
 - Green beans to serve
 - Cherry tomatoes to serve
 
Instructions
- Heat grill pan. Season fillet steaks and grill for 8–10 minutes. Remove from pan and put aside.
 - In a pan, heat wine, stock, jam and thyme. Cook for 20–25 minutes until the mixture thickens. Season well.
 - Serve fillets with vegetables and sauce.
