Apple and Peach Crumble

TIP for this recipe: Core your apple by cutting it in half and removing the centre piece with the pips and stem.

Ingredients
  • 3 cans of peaches, drained and chopped
  • 3 large apples, cored, peeled and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups coconut biscuits, crushed
  • ½ cup oats
  • 2 cups (500ml) butter, melted.
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200?C.
  2. In a baking dish, arrange the peaches and apples.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cinnamon, biscuits, oats and butter. Mix to form a rough dough.
  4. Spoon crumble the dough over fruits and bake for 20-25 minutes or until light brown.
  5. Serve hot with cream or custard.
