Marijuana, also known as cannabis, can affect sexual experiences in different ways.
Some people report greater sexual desire, increased sensitivity or more satisfying orgasms after using cannabis, while others experience problems with arousal, erections, orgasm or sexual performance.

Can marijuana increase sexual desire?
Reports suggest an increase in sexual desire after using marijuana. Cannabis may alter mood, reduce anxiety and increase sensory awareness, which can make sexual activity feel more pleasurable for some people.
Research suggests that the relationship may also depend on the amount consumed.
A review of studies on cannabinoids and female sexual function found evidence of dose-dependent effects: lower doses were more likely to facilitate or have no effect on sexual desire and receptivity, while higher doses could inhibit them.
This means that using more cannabis does not necessarily mean having a better sexual experience.
Marijuana and sexual pleasure
Some people say cannabis makes physical sensations feel stronger and helps them relax during sex.
Research by HarvardMed reports associations between cannabis use and increased sexual satisfaction, orgasm quality and sexual activity.
However, much of this research is based on surveys and observational studies, meaning it cannot prove that cannabis itself caused the improvement.

So, the question remains: can marijuana affect orgasms? The short answer to this is yes, but this can be subjective.
However, PubMed researchers identified cases where cannabis was associated with difficulty reaching orgasm or reduced focus.
In other words, cannabis may make orgasm easier for some people but more difficult for others. In a broader review, some may experience positive effects on desire, sexual satisfaction and orgasm.
