The concert is expected to start at 8:30 PM (20:30) and end at approximately 11:00 PM (23:00) Early arrivals will be expected from 09:00 and Gates will open at 16:00. All Hospitality and VIP ticket holders are strongly encouraged to arrive early to ensure smooth access and avoid potential traffic delays closer to the start of the show. Road Closures: The JMPD will implement full road closures starting at 11:00 AM to manage traffic flow around the FNB Stadium. Please note the following affected roads: – Soweto Highway – Golden Highway – Nasrec Road – Booysens Reserve Road Specific Road Closure Details: – Golden Highway: Closed between the Corner of Golden Highway, Ring 1, and Soweto Highway. Only authorised vehicles will be allowed access. – Nasrec Road: Closed between Recreation Road and Shaft 17 Road. Access to pre-paid parking is available at Recreation Road. – Soweto Highway: Closed between Mentz Street and the N1 Offramp. – Booysens Reserve Road: Closed between Crownwood Road and League Avenue. Transportation Options: To enhance your travel experience, we recommend the following options: – Park and Ride: This option is highly encouraged for stress-free travel. The Johannesburg Metropolitan Police Department (JMPD) is urging fans, especially Hospitality and VIP ticket holders, to arrive early to avoid last-minute congestion.
“All Hospitality and VIP ticket holders are strongly encouraged to arrive early to ensure smooth access and avoid potential traffic delays closer to the start of the show,” said JMPD spokesperson Xolani Fihla.
Doors open from 2pm, so arriving early not only ensures smoother entry but also gives attendees a chance to enjoy pre-show activations and local talent.
