Makhadzi sparks rekindled romance rumours with Master KG

by Sergio Miller

The 2024 BET Award-winning singer Makhadzi has had the internet set abuzz with her latest post on social media.

This comes after the singer took to Instagram and posted a picture of what many believe to be her ex, Master KG on her Instagram story.

The post, which has since been removed, contained an encrypted message which stated: “I am homesick. I miss you, my love.”

In her post, the Limpopo-born singer attached a picture of the person she was referring to. However, the face was covered by an “in love” emoji.

This meanwhile, has not stopped the internet investigators from working with what they have and within minutes, the person in the picture was identified as the Jerusalema hit-maker, Master KG.

The entertainment publication The South African reports that the broader public is well aware of the musical pair’s history as a couple.

Their initial dating stages date back to 2020, when they first made it known they were together, however, there have been reports of infidelity which has caused instability and continuous break-ups in their relationship.

In addressing some fan questions in a Facebook Live interaction, TshisaLive reports that Makhadzi previously revealed that she and Master KG would continue to support one another.

“What happened between Master KG and I is we decided to be brother and sister. We are ok,” she revealed.

Last year she also shared a post on Facebook highlighting how she missed being in love.
