Former Miss South Africa and Miss Universe, Zozibini ‘Zozi’ Tunzi, has been seen with a hairstyle change, something different from the famous fade cut she had when she won these two titles.
Zozi continued with her entertainment career and decided to start exploring as she changed to braids. As her hair transition journey continues, Zozi has now bagged herself a deal as an ambassador for haircare brand Dark and Lovely.
Taking to Instagram, the brand announced the deal, saying, “We are honoured to announce the incredible Zozibini Tunzi as the new Dark and Lovely Brand Ambassador and Spokesperson for the Sub-Saharan Africa Region.”

In a different post, Zozi said, “What a dream! I am the Dark and Lovely brand ambassador for the Sub-Saharan Africa Region. My little girl’s heart is about to burst at the seams, it can’t contain the joy.
“This brand has been a part of my household for as long as I can remember. My teenage self is so gagged that she wasn’t delusional thinking she too could be one of the girls on the product commercials.”
She concluded her caption, “I am now a grown woman continuing to live out my wildest dreams. I have had the most fulfilling journey with my hair and I can’t wait to embark on this new chapter, writing it side by side with @darkandlovelyafrica.”
