WATCH: Big Zulu builds a house for KZN family

by Bongiwe Mati

It is no secret that Mzansi’s favourite nkabi, Big Zulu has a heart of gold. Born Siyabonga Johanes Nene, Big Zulu’s heart was moved when he heard about a family in KZN’s New Castle that lost their home as well as all of their valuable possesions when a fire erupted, leaving them to camp in a small spaceless shack.

After hosting a fundraising show in Newcastle to raise more funds in order to build the family a home, the gentle giant finished his project by giving the Newcastle family a place to call home.

In a video shared by news agency MDN news on X formerly known as Twitter, the house construction can be seen from the beginning up to the end. The family can also be seen standing next to their beautiful home.
