Here are five mindful tips to help you reduce anxiety:

Journal: Journaling is a good way to release some of your emotions. The act of putting pen to paper can help soothe the mind and tame swirling thoughts. Healthline suggests doing the gratitude journal or simply jot down the three best things that happened today.

Logging off helps you to focus on your family, friends and your hobbies.

If you want to get back to social media, set a time limit.
