Siyabonga Khumalo graduated summa cum laude from the University of KwaZulu-Natal with 21 distinctions, 14 Certificates of Merit, and six Dean’s Commendations.

Living with dwarfism, he has refused to let his limitations define his future. His record reflects consistent high performance across his degree, placing him among the top graduates in his cohort.

Siyabonga, who stands at 102cm tall, was born with scoliosis, a condition that affects the curvature of the spine, and dwarfism, a medical condition associated with short stature.

Even from a young age, he always aspired to achieve more for himself, driven by a deep sense of curiosity and a passion for learning.
