While there is no magic way to clean blood, there are ways you can use to help your body’s natural detoxification process.

Here are some methods you can use suggested by Healthline– a publication that offers medical guidance and MedicalNewsToday– an organization that strives for a deeper understanding of health.

Drink lots of water

Healthline says that water helps with flushing toxins out by increasing the urine output and sweat production. One should drink at last 8 glasses of water a day.

Avoid processed foods

According to MedicalNewsToday, processed foods contain additives and preservatives that can increase the body’s toxic load.  Trying to limit the intake of these foods can help with reducing the intake of the chemicals from processed foods.

Eat fruits and vegetables

Fruit and vegetables are known to be high in antioxidants and other nutrients that help with supporting the body’s detoxification process, adds the abovementioned hub.

Get enough sleep

Getting enough sleep helps to regulate the hormones that are involved in the detoxification process. Healthline suggests that people should aim to sleep for 7-8 hours per night.

Take supplements

Taking milk thistle which is a herb that has been used for centuries for health benefits. The above-mentioned source adds that milk thistle stimulates enzymes that help with breaking down toxins in the liver, it can also boost the level of glutathione (an antioxidant that is important for detoxification).

These are some ways you can consider for cleansing your blood; however, it is always suggested that you consult a doctor before making changes to your diet or exercising routine.
