Local celebs pledge donations to aid KZN Floods relief

Local celebs have pledged donations to help the victims of this past weekend’s floods in KwaZulu-Natal. The heavy rains led to mudslides in parts of the province which destroyed many homes in Port St. Johns and Umlazi and killed 51 people according to News24.

In an effort to assist the victims, numerous celebs have offered to help the victims with financial donations and essential supplies such as toiletries, food and blankets. Prince Kaybee donated R 150 000 towards helping to rebuild the victims’ homes and Tumi Sole, from the #CountryDuty team, set up a bank account with details for financial assistance and drop off points for toiletries and supplies for the victims.
