Award-winning rapper Drake has finally shared the first snaps of his son, Adonis. This comes two years after keeping his birth a secret. The star took to social media to share snaps of his first child and his mother.
In the lengthy post, Drake shared a touching message to Adonis. He said in part; “What is most important for you right now is to connect to your own inner light. This will create the biggest opening of all. Trust that you have all of the power within to make this happen, and in order to do that connect to the people and things that bring you a lot of joy.”
He also opened up about missing his family saying; “You have the biggest heart and that is your greatest gift. It’s impossible to always control your surroundings, but when you shift the focus to how you want to feel, everything will conspire to assist you. I love and miss my beautiful family and friends and I can’t wait for the joyful day when we are all able to reunite. Until then please keep your lights on.”
The news of Drake’s son first broke during his feud with fellow rapper in 2018. In a diss song released by Pusha, he revealed that Drake had a son he was hiding from the world. Drake responded to the claim on a song on his album, Scorpion, saying that he was protecting his son from the world.
