Musician, Cici is speaking out following Arthur Mafokate’s acquittal of the assault charges she laid against him by the Midrand Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday.
Arthur was facing assault charges with intent to cause grievous bodily harm for an incident that took place between him and Cici in June 2017.

Reacting to the news, Cici released a statement in which she shared that she’d be pursuing a civil suit against him. She said in part: “My legal team is accordingly instructed to proceed with the civil suit herein. My fight will continue until the truth is brought to light – procedure should not prevent the truth from being heard.”
