Prep time: 3 minutes Serves: 2–3

  • 2 cups (500ml) pomegranates juice
  • 3 cups (750ml) apple juice
  • 2 cups (500ml) pineapple juice
  • 2 cup (500ml) rooibos tea
  • 2 cups (500ml) vodka
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Mint leaves, chopped
  • Pomegranate seeds, for serving

  1. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Mix well
  2. Serve with mint leaves and pomegranate seeds.
