The Buccaneers are poised to bag their first PSL league title since the 2011/12 campaign because of Mamelodi Sundown’s 3-2 loss against TS Galaxy in their final match of the Betway Premiership.
As the league table stands, Pirates are three points behind current log leaders Sundown’s with two games in hand as they prepare to take on Durban City at the Orlando Amstel Arena on Saturday.

The “Buccaneers” need a victory over Durban City, while avoiding a heavy defeat in their final game to clinch the league crown, as they hold a superior goal difference advantage over Sundowns. They need to “lock in” to secure the league fully.
Pirates will head into the match in great form, remaining unbeaten in their last 11 league matches and coming off two successive victories, including a dominant 3-0 win away to Magesi FC on May 9.
Catch the match at 3 pm tomorrow as Orlando Pirates take on Durban City.
