Nasty C embraces his dad bod

by Staff Bona

New dad Nasty C is taking pride in his new physique.

Nasty C reportedly welcomed his first son Oliver with his partner Sammie Heavens in June.

Taking to Instagram, the rapper posted a video of himself stating the following:

“Hi, my name is Nasty C. I’m a new dad. This is my dad bod and I love it, and I love myself, and I’m happy, and I love myself. I look great, I am a strong black man, a strong father. This doesn’t make me insecure at all, in fact, it makes me very confident.”

The Bookoo Bucks hitmaker received much support from his industry mates and fans.

“Congratulations nee dad ❤️,” wrote DJ Zinhle.

“??,” laughed his girlfriend Sammie.

Media personality Boity Thulo commented, “Congratulations Dad!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️????????.”

Previously speaking to TshisaLIVE about fatherhood, Nasty C said, “It’s amazing. Very surreal. I feel like he put so many batteries in my back.”

He continued, “Fatherhood has made me take my career a bit more seriously. I’ve always taken it seriously but I’ve always put fun in the forefront. I’ve always been the type of guy to say once this thing stops being fun I’m going to stop doing it. Now it’s not like that any more. I’m trying to make music that will last forever more than ever. I want to leave something behind that he’s going to be very proud of.”
