Award winning singer Gugulethu Khumalo, better known as Berita, has announced the release of a new single after taking a break from music.
The singer revealed in her Instagram timeline post that she has refused to stay down too long.
“Emerging out of a season that threatened to take all of me. Let it be known that I refuse to stay down too long. I can be changed by what happens to me but I refuse to be reduced by it,” she wrote.
Her single is set to be released on Friday the 31st of March 2023.

Berita, who was once married to controversial podcaster Nota Baloyi, confirmed weeks ago that they are in the process of their divorce.
Berita confirmed the news of her separation while speaking to ZiMoja.
“We were officially married. I believed he was the one for me. But it turned out I was wrong, and we are currently in the process of getting a divorce,” she told the publication.
