The title dream is still alive for the Buccaneers after their victory against Stellenbosch FC on Tuesday night.
Speaking to Supersport, Orlando Pirates coach Abdeslam Ouaddou said “the title race could go down to the wire after Orlando Pirates won their match against Stellenbosch last night”.

Ouaddou’s side moved to within two points of leaders Mamelodi Sundowns after their convincing 2-0 win over Stellenbosch in Cape Town last night.
The Buccaneers are on 62 points with just three games to go as they are putting the pressure on Sundowns.
Pirates scored twice near the end of the first half, with goals coming from Evidence Makgopa and Patrick Maswanganyi. Tuesday night’s hard-fought victory over Stellenbosch saw many Pirates fans enjoying and celebrating with their players after the match at the Althlone Stadium.

Orlando Pirates’ next match is up on Saturday against Magesi, and then they will finish the PSL title campaign with matches against Durban City and Orbit College.
Mamelodi Sundowns’ next match is against Kaizer Chiefs on Wednesday night at 19:30 at Loftus Versfeld Stadium.
