Ingredients
- 2 cups of flour
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 cup of sugar
- ½ cup of cocoa
- ½ cup or 125ml of melted chocolate
- 1 cup or 250ml of oil
- 1 tablespoon or 15ml of vinegar
- 1 cup or 250ml of milk
- ½ cup of chocolate chips for decorating.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together.
- Spoon the dough into a greased muffin tray and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Use the chocolate chips to decorate your cupcakes.
