Decorex Joburg 2026 wraps up with fresh inspiration for SA homes

After four days of design inspiration, innovation and practical home solutions, Decorex Joburg 2026 has concluded at the Sandton Convention Centre, once again reinforcing its position as one of South Africa’s leading décor, design and lifestyle exhibitions.

Running from 30 July to 2 August, the event brought together hundreds of exhibitors, industry experts and homeowners eager to discover the latest trends shaping modern living.

Design trends take centre stage

This year’s show embraced the evolving way South Africans live, with beautifully curated installations, locally crafted furniture, innovative lighting, kitchen and bathroom solutions, décor, textiles and smart home products showcased across multiple exhibition levels.

Visitors were also able to attend talks where leading designers and creatives unpacked emerging trends, sustainability and the future of African design.

Beyond the displays, Decorex continued to celebrate local creativity by giving established brands and emerging designers a platform to showcase products that combine craftsmanship, innovation and contemporary style.

The Property Show

One of the standout additions to this year’s event was The Property Show. Making its Decorex Joburg debut, it expanded the exhibition beyond interiors by offering expert advice for first-time buyers, investors and homeowners looking to make informed property decisions.
