A Netflix original giving our local stories an opportunity to be told to the world. Shadow is a Netflix series about a former detective and specialist, Shadrach ‘Shadow’ Khumalo who quit his job to help people who have been failed by the justice system, a story many people can relate to.
What to expect
After a young girl was brutally and unjustly murdered in the heart of Johannesburg, Shadow, joined by his former partner take advantage of a rare condition that affects his central nervous system which allows him to be immune to pain.
This is a one of a kind crime and action series starring Pallance Dladla who plays Shadow, and Amanda Du Pont who plays Ashley, his love interest. Season 1 of Shadow will be released on 08 March 2019.
