Approximately 10 years ago, South Africa was introduced to Isibaya, an Mzansi Magic original drama that initially followed the story of two young lovers who are torn apart by a generational feud between their families. The show has since become a household name in the country, even after production the show has long come to a close.

Content creators have proven time after time that they can produce great quality entertainment with minimal resources and knowledge, which begs the question, how far would these talented youngsters go with guidance from bigger entities and organisations?
