Renowned actress Tebogo Tobejane has expressed both anger and disappointment towards former colleague Mac G after the prominent podcaster poked fun at her for failing to grow her YouTube channel.

The pair are well familiar with one another after Tebogo joined Mac G’s Podcast and Chill Network to launch her show called, City Girls.

In a recent episode of Podcast and Chill. Mac G was asked when last he heard about the actress, and he responded by saying that it’s been a while.

He claimed that despite seeing success with each episode she released under his banner, Tebogo later opted to leave the network and go independent by forming her own YouTube channel. According to Mac G, the success of her new show was no longer the same, claiming that she only had 5 subscribers and came back asking him to encourage his followers to go and subscribe to her new page.

With him mocking the situation, Tebogo soon responded and was far from impressed. She later took to Instagram and wrote:

“It’s incredibly Disappointing to see Mac G use his platform to mock and disrespect me, all while trying to make business deals through his podcast. Despite the views and success of his platform, it’s disheartening that he took advantage of a situation where I put everything on the line. Let it be known, I’m not chasing fame.

Concluding her post she added: “I have never been one to settle for mediocrity or low engagement in anything I do, and I refuse to be demeaned. Mac G, don’t even try me – because I am a peaceful person, but I won’t tolerate being disrespected.”
