A young teacher captured mzansi’s hearts when she took the initiative of offering free modelling lessons to female pupils of all body sizes in her school.

Modelling not only boosts confidence but it develops a good work ethic and builds self-esteem, the activity also assists a child to learn to cope with rejection and social skills.

If her Instagram page is anything to go by, as a model herself, Dikeledi Lithako has won many titles and posed for numerous photo sessions.

With the username: @misslithakho, Dikeledi took to her TikTok to share how she conducts her lessons. In the clip shared the girls are in their school hall, wearing their school uniform with high heels to make the walk easier.

Dikeledi stands before them, which allows them to see her instructions clearly. Showcasing their bright smiles, the students have their hands on their waists, they let go and start their catwalk, and they stop and turn in tandem with their hands back on their waist.

Noting that Dikeledi may be producing the future Zozibini Tunzi or Natasha Joubert, the netizens were smitten which led to some wishing to donate high heels for the underprivileged learners who may want to participate.

In the comment section, TikTok users took turns to share their sentiments, with some asking to attend the modelling classes.

One user said: “Please add plus size young woman too, they also deserve a strong confidence. Big ups for an amazing job.”

Another user said: “Those with heels they don’t wear anymore should donate to the girls who want to participate in this activity but don’t have the high heels. They are ours.”

While another one said: “I’m 34 but ngicela ama lessons hle (may I have lessons please).”

In answering the TikTok users who were concerned about plus sized students being excluded in class, she confirmed that they offer lessons to all the ladies who are interested at Kagiso Junior Secondary School.

@misslithako Replying to @Mputane Home Decor we are not picky at all ✨❤️#2025 #youngteacher #vlog #viral_video #model #pagefoyou #pageant ♬ Intimidated – KAYTRANADA
