The actor recently shared a video of himself approaching a table shirtless, where four closed food containers were waiting for him.
‘Chicken and rice’
Senzo walked up to the table and opened one of the containers, revealing a serving of chicken and rice.
Explaining his meal choices, the actor said he eats chicken and rice and often has the same meal because he wants to remain consistent with his routine.
However, Senzo jokingly admitted that he sometimes likes to switch things up.
“Sometimes I switch it up and have rice and chicken,” he joked.
The joke quickly became clear when he revealed that all four containers contained essentially the same meal: chicken and rice.

The same meal in all 4 containers
Rather than having four different meals prepared, Senzo opted for consistency, with chicken and rice packed into each of the four containers.
The actor also explained that the meal works for people with different fitness goals, including those cutting or bulking. His approach appears to focus less on variety and more on sticking to a meal that fits into his fitness routine.
‘Nifuna i’six pack noma nifuna i’seasoning?’
While some followers focused on Senzo’s dedication to his diet, others had a different observation — the chicken appeared to have little or no seasoning.
One follower questioned the lack of seasoning, prompting a humorous response from Senzo.
“Nifuna i’six pack noma nifuna i’seasoning?” he asked. Translated, the actor was essentially asking: “Do you want a six-pack or do you want seasoning?”
His response added some humour to the conversation, while reinforcing the message behind his meal-prep routine: consistency.
Keeping fitness simple
Senzo’s video offered fans a behind-the-scenes look at what he eats while working towards his fitness goals.
With four containers of chicken and rice lined up on the table, the actor showed that his approach to meal preparation is relatively straightforward.
Whether someone is trying to cut body fat or bulk up, Senzo suggested chicken and rice can be incorporated into their meal plan.
And while followers may have been hoping for a more exciting menu, Senzo appeared unfazed by the criticism over seasoning — after all, as his response suggested, the goal is the six-pack, not the seasoning.
