Owen Ndlovu remembered as tributes pour in after his death

Tributes are pouring in for former SABC sports presenter and music industry figure Owen Ndlovu, following confirmation of his death at the age of 54.

Owen’s death has left his family, friends and colleagues mourning a man remembered for his contribution to broadcasting and the entertainment industry.

Family confirms Owen Ndlovu’s death

News of Owen’s death emerged on Wednesday, 16 September 2026, after reports that he had been found dead in Thokoza, Ekurhuleni.

Owen had been reported missing before his body was discovered. His family later confirmed his death. The circumstances surrounding his death remain under investigation.

Tributes pour in for Owen Ndlovu

Following news of his passing, messages of condolence began circulating among those who knew Owen personally and professionally.
